Confident Computing #861 - How Do I Contact Outlook.com Customer Service?

This week's articles & videos

You get what you pay for. I want you remember that.

Outlook.com (and its predecessor, Hotmail) is a free email service. Thus it should be no surprise at all that there is no direct dial-in phone support. Period. Again, you're getting exactly what you paid for.

But that doesn't mean that there isn't customer support in other forms.

This week's fetured article How Do I Contact Outlook.com Customer Service? goes into the details of what you can legitimately expect, for free.
