Outlook.com (and its predecessor, Hotmail) is a free email service. Thus it should be no surprise at all that there is no direct dial-in phone support. Period. Again, you're getting exactly what you paid for.
But that doesn't mean that there isn't customer support in other forms.
This week's fetured article How Do I Contact Outlook.com Customer Service? goes into the details of what you can legitimately expect, for free.
Also this week:
- Is your disk encrypted? How to back it up so you have access to the backup when you need it.
- Zoom video breaking up? here's what to look for.
- Sending sensitive documents via email is a challenge. Encryption is what you want.
- You want perfect security? Good luck with that.
