Account, Service, Address, Program. What do all these terms have in common? Two things:
They're all about email.
They're important to get right.
When it comes to technology, terminology matters, particularly when you're asking questions. Most commonly, confusing an email program with an email service can really make getting the information you need difficult when you run into problems.
