Managing email can be a challenge at the best of times. Just knowing when it's safe to unsubscribe versus mark as spam is hard enough.
What happens when you unsubscribe from a "legitimate" source of email, and it doesn't work? Theyr'e not spammers, and yet ... if the email won't stop, perhaps they are.
Three Things to Try When Unsubscribe Doesn't Work describes the steps I take when I find myself in this situation.
