My Next Course

All About OneDrive will show up in the coming weeks. As always, it'll be half off while it's half-done so you can help me craft it into something useful. (It's NOT available yet, just letting you know it's coming, and forcing myself to commit. Smile)

In case you didn't know, all Ask Leo! Patrons at the Silver level and above get all my courses for free. Again, it's not available yet, but when it is, Silver folks just get it. You'll find it in your My Account page when the time comes.

USB thumbdrives are so convenient

But they wear out if you're not careful.

And you may not even know.

Is It OK to Leave a Thumb Drive Inserted All the Time? has the story.

Also this week

  • Old versions of webpages.
  • Self-moving mice.
  • Fast startup often isn't.
  • Moving an app from one drive to another.

As always, links below.

TEH Podcast

Sometimes the algorithm works in your favor! Gary shares how Amazon proposed a solution to a problem he was having. We both have IoT problems that point out interesting external dependencies. I talk about AI password cracking, and how if you're doing things correctly you need not worry.
