Breaches, that is. Why are there still so many? You'd think by now we'd have taken all the right steps and done all the right things to stop them from happening, right?

Nope.

In fact, once you understand why they happen in the first place, you'll probably be surprised there aren't more. It's kinda like what I say about computers and the internet in general: I'm sometimes surprised anything works at all.
