This week's featured article on Passkeys highlights a problem I run into frequently. It generates two type of feedback:
- Thank you! This makes much more sense. I get it now.
- I'm more confused than ever. (Sometimes this is phrased quite angrily.)
Same article or video, two polar-opposite reactions. It does make what I do challenging.
It's very similar to the other form of opposite reactions I get: "too fast and too technical" versus "too slow and too basic" -- again, often on the exact same video.
There's no winning. 
And that's OK. I'm not everyone's cup of tea (fast or slow brewed). And there are many, many other great creators out there with their own takes and pacing. I'll just keep doing what I do and hope I help the most I can.
