CoPilot: barely here and we've had enough of it

CoPilot has started showing up in lots of places, including places many people would rather it not be. Like Microsoft Office 365, which is, of course, now called Microsoft 365 CoPilot. They're pushing it so hard they have to make it part of the name.

Turning it off in Office isn't obvious, but there is a technique. While it doesn't remove the icon, it does appear to neuter CoPilot in Office.
