I Was Wrong

I used to think one email address meant one Microsoft Account, and that a different email address implied a different Microsoft Account.

As it turns out, Microsoft allows you to add multiple email addresses to your single Microsoft Account. Which implies after doing so you can remove an old one. Meaning you can change the email address of your Microsoft Account.

I like it. I hope other services follow suit. (Look'n at you, Google.)

How Do I Change the Email Address of My Microsoft Account? has the details and a few things to watch out for.

Also this week

  • Facebook Marketplace Scams
  • Reformat/Reinstall Windows 11
  • Spamming the spammers

TEH Podcast

Take care,
